Deceptive Advertising/Junk

Works "under proper environmental light"? And just how is a prospective customer to ascertain this prior to purchase? And why was this disclaimer not available on the App page, but appears after the app is bought! It will work to some limited extent outside in bright light. The "frames" aspect is just silly and useless.
